Walk-in clients are welcome, however appointments are preferred. Emergency cases shall always receive top priority followed by patients with previously scheduled appointments.
Our goal is to respect your scheduled appointment time. However, if another pet needs are immediate attention, we hope you will understand. We appreciate your patience as we strive to take care of all our animal friends in a timely manner.

We require full payment at the time that services are rendered.

Patient Arrival Policy
For your
protection, and that of others, all dogs must be on a leash and
properly controlled while in the waiting area or exam
rooms.
All cats
must be presented in an appropriate cat carrier or on a
leash.
